At Fashionez, we strive to deliver quality and comfort with every order. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines important conditions.
π« No Return/Exchange for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal dislike, or incorrect selection made by the customer. Kindly review product descriptions and size charts thoroughly before checkout.
β Order Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Please verify your product, size, address, and contact information before confirming your order.
β Returns/Refunds: Only for Damaged or Wrong Items
A return or refund is only processed if:

You receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product

The issue is due to our mistake

π₯ Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for any refund or exchange:

Share an unfiltered, unedited video of the package being opened from the sealed condition.

The video must clearly show the shipping label, bill, and product condition.

The entire process must be visible with no cuts or breaks in footage.
Without this proof, no request will be processed.
π Timeframe to Raise a Complaint
All complaints must be emailed to info.fashionez@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

Unboxing video

Order ID

Description of the issue
Complaints after 24 hours will not be accepted.
π Exchange for Size Issues
If you received the correct product but the size doesn't fit:

We offer a one-time exchange for the correct size (based on availability).

Refunds will not be provided for size-related concerns.

The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

Return courier charges for size exchange will be borne by the customer.

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Used, washed, or damaged products will not be accepted for exchange/refund.

If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose to wait for restock or receive a refund of the product amount only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any condition.
π Address & Delivery Issues

If the order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or customer unavailability, only 50% of the product value will be refunded within 15β20 days.

If a prepaid order is refused at delivery, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be processed while the order is in transit.
π¦ Courier Delay Disclaimer
Fashionez is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for delayed delivery.

Once approved, only the product amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Refund processing takes 7β10 business days from approval.

If return shipping is arranged by Fashionez due to our error, return cost must not exceed βΉ80.
